Hydrostatic working table
Hydrostatic table adopted with constant flow synchronous pump features:
a). low friction for permanent life of table,
b). heavy load capacity on table,
c). oil film between machine base and table absorbs cutting vibration & loads,
d). a safety system controls the hydrostatic pressure for optimum safety.
*Configuration – DVT (optional)
When the machine is provided with DVT configuration, it means the machine is equipped with high precision ballscrews in lieu of standard lead screws on X / Z axes and also servo feeding motors are adopted instead of standard motors on X/Z axes. With this configuration, the machine has a better performance with sound dynamic characteristics. Besides, the machine with DVT configuration can be easily retrofitted with a CNC controller so that it becomes a CNC machines for more complex machining.
